Texas Business Interruption Insurance is a critical coverage for the new to Texas business owner. d.      Texas Contingent Business Interruption Coverage pays for lost income due to a third party suffering loss and such loss directly effecting the insured’s business, examples could be a main customer being effected by fire and unable to accept and process the insured’s delivery of product produced and sold by insured for a sustained period.

e.      Texas Civil Authority Coverage applies to a municipality or government restricting or denying the insured access to the insured property because of a covered peril loss at a third party location.
